Summary: We had one of the best memorable stay in any hotels. The check in and service were just excellent. Customer service manager David was so helpful and friendly. He made us feel we were their private guests. He also followed up checking our experience at the hotel and any extra services needed. This a family reunion trip and everyone was so impressed by the quality of services. We have stayed some fancy hotels but this stay at St Regis really stands out. It made us feel we should place our loyalty with their brand.

Summary: It's very great 5 stars hotel. It's have a great environment around this hotel. Good shipping centre. Great restrung. However, there is some sound noise from clubbing near in the hotel. even I stay at the 1506 at 15 floors. Overall, its the best but, only noise.
